Riddle

What is most valued and yet it is not
Sometimes rather seen then the ray of the sun,but not easily caught
It can not be money,for its fruit is not as sweet
Could it be the pearly gates at which our wisdom we will meet
Something which has never been won
Yet simple as its amount -one
One moment of it is all you need 
I reckon its something you aren't using now
There it went,did you see it?
Bleed through the cracks of the wall and take a huge bow,
Whilst you sit there ebbing in your world
And crunch your numbers,crunching away at you
Enjoying the light of the everglow
You're waisting it 
Why?
You will never know
