Beside the GSC Representatives, the Meeting was attended by the Assistant Principal and GSC Coordinator, teacher Milija Marjanovic; Parents Council President, Zeljko Ubiparip; and Representatives of the Parents Council, Slavenka Grahovac and Bozana Sljivar.

In his introductory speech, the GSC President acquainted everyone with the GSC view that the cooperation with the Parents Councils is one of the key elements of our work and for the school in general. Representatives of the Parents Council agreed and began by noting the problem with the extracurricular activities in school and extra classes for good, i.e. bad students. They cited the problem with the not up-to-dated information and the problem with the students' inefficient knowledge about these classes as two problems that the two Councils should work together on. Assistant Principal stated that all the extracurricular activities and extra classes are active in school and that the problem lies with the students who are passive and have no wish for attending those classes and it should be reported to the School Management in case that some of those classes don't work properly. GSC President concluded this point of Agenda by saying that all the available data on school activities will be collected and sent to the Parents Council; and that it will be investigated which of the activities don't work properly.

The Representatives of the Parents Council also requested a list of the possible joint projects of the GSC and the Parents Council.

The Representatives were informed that the Teachers Assemblies will be made for 5 classes with the highest number of absences as a measure of reducing the absences. In case that turns out to be an effective measure, this practice would continue.

The proposal about collecting New Year Presents for poor children was unanimously adopted. This proposal has also been endorsed by the School Management.

Representatives of the Senior Year were informed about the idea of organizing a Senior Yr. Party.

The Council accepted the proposal of the GSC President to create conditions for playing volleyball on the school playground.

The Members were let know about the upcoming presentation of one of the Europe's leading business schools – Università Bocconi.

The next meeting was set for December 15, 2006.
